* Fresh grad are encourage to apply * Internship are welcome (will be absorbed if the performance is good). Duties & Responsibility: 1. Handle daily admin email. 2. Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and accounting reports, documentations and records according to company SOP 3. To follow up and ensure company document is processed according to SOP. 4. To arrange goods prior to delivery 5. To arrange courier service (ie. lalamove, GDex) to pick up goods. 6. To maintain all accounting records according to existing policies and procedures. 7. Perform general accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, handling of petty cash and banking of cash / cheques. 8. Monitor payments and collections from customer. 9. To prepare SOA and follow up with overdue payments. 10. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction(s). 11. Handle E-Commerce Platforms including updating stock/n
