Admin Executive Primary Responsibility: To carry out administrative duties in ensuring effective office management implementations in the company. Coordinate office supplies and services. Coordinate meetings, events, projects and/or conferences. Coordinate travel & accommodation needs for employees, overseas counterparts and visitors. Coordinate company performance & project progress data and presentation materials for CEO. Maintain good relationships with related government agencies and other stakeholders. Manage company passenger cars. Responsible for company image related functions such as signages, souvenirs, and publicity. Services Executive Primary Responsibility: Responsible for employee services (cafeterias and transportation). Managing performance of service providers towards of services and conformance to the contract and service level agreement. Ensure accurate and timely communication to service providers (transport & cafeteria) upon employees\' complaint and resolving services issues. Respond to employees\' services inquiries and complaints timely to ensure quick, equitable resolution. Ensure timely accurate payment of all billing invoices related to services. Conduct and compile employee satisfaction survey towards cafeteria and transport services. Monitor and coordinate with Purchasing Department on renewal of service provider agreement. Handle requests and arrange of employees\' transport and food catering from cafeteria. Periodic checking and joint audit with cafeteria committees on cafeteria facilities and kitchen. Serve as an advisor for cafeteria committees and monitor the committees\' activities. Keep records for monthly services expenses and assist in prepare yearly budget for services. Job Related Experience: A minimum of one year experience in Admin. Worked in an multi-cultural organization or dealt professionally across few nationalities and languages is an added advantage. Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Communication: Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in written and spoken. Possess good inter-personal skills with ability to interact well with service provider, consultants, and staff of all levels.
