To perform Administration / basic accounts function in line with the requirement.
Assist with general office administrative tasks such as ordering, purchasing
Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting records.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
Able to travel around the district with own transport.
Purchase decorations and decorate vacant unit for renting out purposes.
Advertise and market vacant units online and other public notice area.
Attend to queries and arrange viewing appointments with prospect tenants.
Process moving in/out, inspection and keys handover.
Handling tenants/customers complaints, issues or incidents.
Inspect all complaints or incidents.
Liaise with contractor and arranging the contractor work schedule.
Must be able to work independently with little instruction.
Able to work under pressure
Must possess own transport
