Calendar Management:

Coordinating travel arrangements.
Document Preparation:
Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
Proofreading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity.
Customer Service:
Responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or employees.
Providing information and assistance.
Financial Administration:
Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Processing invoices and managing petty cash.
Project Support:
Providing administrative support for various projects.
Coordinating project-related tasks and deadlines.
Problem Solving:

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE \xe2\x96\xa0 MUST TO HAVE: * At least with bachelor\'s degree educational level
Must have at least 3 years of working experience related to administrative tasks in clinics or hospitals
Possesses Japanese N1 or N2 level
Computer skills: Proficiency in email, Spreadsheets, Excel
\xe2\x96\xa0 PREFER TO HAVE(Advantageous) * Working experience as translator
