Job Position: Admin and Operation (Japanese Speaker)

:

  • Communication:
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drafting and editing documents, letters, and reports.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Entering and updating data in databases or spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Filing and archiving documents.
  • Calendar Management:
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives or team members.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation:
  • Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Proofreading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity.
  • Customer Service:
  • Responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or employees.
  • Providing information and assistance.
  • Financial Administration:
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Project Support:
  • Providing administrative support for various projects.
  • Coordinating project-related tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Resolving routine administrative problems and addressing inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting and finding solutions to day-to-day challenges.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
\xe2\x96\xa0 MUST TO HAVE: * At least with bachelor\'s degree educational level
  • Must have at least 3 years of working experience related to administrative tasks in clinics or hospitals
  • Possesses Japanese N1 or N2 level
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in email, Spreadsheets, Excel
\xe2\x96\xa0 PREFER TO HAVE(Advantageous) * Working experience as translator

\xe2\x96\xa0 Personality Requirement: * Good communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients is important.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Administrators need strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently and the ability to address problems quickly and effectively.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Due to the dynamic nature of administrative work, flexibility and adaptability are necessary. The ability to respond to new tasks and situations is important.
