HR Admin or Secretary (Japanese Speaker) \xe2\x80\x93 Corporate Division
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, reports, circulars and other documentation
  • Assist in job advertisement posting, payroll preparation as when required on monthly basis and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Assist in day to day general administrative works that are running smoothly.
  • Maintain proper filing system and documentation and assist in daily operation including answering incoming calls
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of Corporate Division, taking notes, preparing minutes or any related reports.
  • Manage and up-keep overall cleanliness and tidiness of office areas including ordering of office/site stationaries, supplies, coordinate air-conditioning services, building management, office access card, printer services and apply, renew or cancel, phonelines and data packages etc.
  • Perform on the spot translation for Japanese to English, English to Japanese for Japan management and locals
  • Coordinates, communicate with Japanese VIP / Guest / Customer / authority.
  • Performs any additional related duties as assigned by Corporate Division.
Requirement:
  • Possess Diploma/Degree level in Business Administration or equivalent/relevant degree or certification.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as HR Executive and able to work in a team
  • Good understanding of the HR practices including the Employment Act.
  • Able to work independently with good problem solving, leadership, planning and communication skills.
  • Candidate with experience working as Japanese Speaking Human Resource or Secretary will be highly considered.
  • Skills required strong proficiency in Japanese (spoken & written) and good command of English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
