Job Description

We're looking for an

Admin Social Media

who's organized, creative, and passionate about both operations and digital communication. You'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while managing our company's online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation. Manage student inquiry records and coordinate consultation schedules. Support the education counsellors with data entry, filing, and student communication. Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable. Plan, create, and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and events. Respond to messages and comments on social media promptly. Brainstorm creative ideas to grow our brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements



Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Tamil or Mandarin is a plus). Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
