Job Description


  • Undertake duties as directed by superior.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company business license, vehicle insurance policies and etc.
  • Ensure payment arrangement are made to Shell, Panel Doctor, Printer (for printing Statement / Invoice) and etc on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that the following items maintained by the company are kept at optimum level, where usage is recorded and lack replenished. The items are tools equipment, stationery, uniform, first aid box and etc record in accordingly.
  • Ensure to maintain a record of the company\xe2\x80\x99s office equipment.
  • Ensure to maintain a proper filling system for all documents..
  • Responsible for ISO control documents and keep the latest revision copies.
  • Responsible for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s insurance claim(s) as and when required.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc functions as assigned from time to time.
  • Abide by the safety policy and procedures and the company\'s policies on equipment operation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
