To manage administration duties of office premises, utilities, handling all the paperwork and filing.
Recording and updating databases.
Staff Uniforms inventory.
Photocopying and scanning documents.
Supporting the reception desk. Greeting clients &answering the phones.
Responsible for the office cleanliness, office stationery supply and operating equipment.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ O Level in Others and/or professional qualification.
Good communications skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office min Words.
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Candidates should be Malaysians citizen.
Preferable male candidates.
Willing to travel between outlets.
Preferably with maintenance background or experience.
Required valid driving license.
