Job Description

Record all incoming and outgoing stocks for Dilooma products Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and stock transfer documents Update inventory in the system and Excel on a daily basis Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or slow-moving items Coordinate with retail outlets, logistics partners, and HQ on stock movement Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching orders when required Support monthly stock count and reconciliation Ensure all warehouse documents are properly filed and easily traceable Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse admin area

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field At least 1 year experience in warehouse, admin, or inventory handling (retail or beauty industry is an advantage) Basic computer skills (Excel, email, stock system) Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Able to work independently and as part of a team Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential stock information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
