Handle day-to-day office administration tasks (filing, data entry, record keeping).
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
Support procurement, travel arrangements, and office supplies management.
Assist with HR and finance administration (leave records, petty cash, invoices).
Ensure smooth office operations and support other departments as required.
