Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the employee records, including maintenance of HR files and data accuracy. Conduct recruitment activities, such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks. Coordinate the onboarding process, including new employee orientation, paperwork completion, and orientation activities. Manage the benefits administration process, including employee enrollment, vendor management, and compliance. Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback. Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and policies. Manage general administrative tasks, such as office supplies, mail distribution, and vendor management. Maintain compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies. Provide support to the HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
