to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing records, handling correspondence, coordinating schedules, and assisting in daily operational tasks to support all departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office records, files, and documentation (both electronic and hardcopy).
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative needs.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management..
Job Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills):
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or 1 years of relevant administrative or office support experience
Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
Have own transportation and willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
