  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma in any field for the above positions.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Committed, responsible and pay attention to detail work
  • Experienced in any field
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office,
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork.
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Handle Company driver for their routine work.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar.
  • Issue and raise CN and invoice.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email.
  • Handle all admin duties pertaining to the department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
