Job Details:

Position : Business Admin Coordinator

Company Industry : Medical Healthcare

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Location : The Pinnacle Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 (depend on performance & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Min Diploma/ Degree / Administration or equivalent field
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in administration, multi tasks and meet deadlines (event/payment/accrual etc\xe2\x80\xa6).
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists the business to ensure business activities are in compliance with related internal guidelines.
  • Work closely with the local business management as a key business partner, to drive the business event\'s request in day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure event request documents are accurate and are in line with compliance\'s requirements.
  • Capable of making basic decisions based on the local legal, business and market environment.
  • Upload events with supporting documents in HCC system and obtain the approvals timely.
  • Logistics, accommodation and registration arrangements are done appropriately and timely.
  • Follow up, review and verify the required & complete documentation (post event deliverables) before process payment and record purpose.
  • Close all events in HCC system timely.
  • Create vendor/update vendor detail in SAP & eMP system if necessary.
  • Raise Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order and payment in eMP.
  • Ingest invoices for payment through email when required.
  • Issue Travel Warrant to our appointed Meeting & Event Agency once obtain HCCO approval.
  • Raise Internal Order in Orbit after obtain HOB/Director\'s approval on the budget by product/Therapeutic Area.
  • Perform open PO report, payment accrual & obtain HOB/Director approval in quarterly basis.
  • Any urgent/additional task if assigned to you to assist if required.
