Job Description


s

  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
  • Maintain all work records, transaction and documents.
  • Carry out any other related task assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
  • Education SPM or higher.
  • Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to read and write in Mandarin (China client).
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and above.
  • Strong learning ability and communication skill.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill.
  • Experienced in China Market and Finance Industry will be prioritized.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
