Job Description
- Position: Administration Filing Assistant.
- Employment type: Contract 2 months [May-June 2023].
Salary: RM 2000-2500. - Job location: Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office filling administration assistant for an established public listed company at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.
Basic job function
This temporary position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Duties:
- Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
- Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
- Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
- Responsible for maintenance of all claim files,replacing old files.
- Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
- Perform data entry tasks when required.
- Maintenance of records and filling activities.
- Malaysian male or female.
- Minimum Qualification: SPM or Diploma.
- Previous 1-2 years of work experience in office filing maintenance system.
- Work experience in office administration would be an advantage.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
