Assisting the GM in planning and scheduling meetings, preparing and/or collating presentation material and to provide general assistance during presentations, meeting agenda and taking minutes of meetings (if necessary) and producing any relevant supporting documents, briefing papers and reports.
Screening GM\'s phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately, dealing with faxes and post and correspondence.
Read and analyse incoming memos, emails, requests, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Prepare letters as instructed and directed memo, mail or documents to other staff members for their action.
Assisting the GM in preparation of Investment/Board Papers and co-ordination with Company Secretary for submission of the paper to the Investment Committee and Board of Directors Meetings.
To liaise with the various departments and collating information, reports material etc. for the use of the GM and the Department.
Manage a proper and efficient filing system for the GM and the Department.
Liaising with clients, tenants, consultants, contractors and business associates in supporting of the GM\'s duties.
Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements for GM and department staff by filling up the Travel Requisition Form (TRF).
Compiling and safekeeping of all Investment Committee and Board of Directors papers.
Record keeping and updating of property proposals.
To monitor Department staffs leaves.
Any other duties instructed by the management as and when required.
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management and related discipline.
Experience in marketing and leasing are encouraged to apply
Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
