Language: Fluent in Malay and English A reputable private college in Jalan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced and organized Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for monitoring and supervising all departments, with a particular focus on the marketing department, and providing daily reports to the CEO. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise the daily activities of various departments, especially the marketing department, ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
  • Compile and present daily reports to the CEO on departmental progress and any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Manage the CEO\'s schedule, including setting appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
  • Manage and maintain an organized filing system for the CEO\'s documents and records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of SPM; a diploma or degree in Business Administration Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Fluent in Malay and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
