Job description
· Assists the Director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence and compiling documents for meetings.
· Communicates with the general staff on the Director behalf.
· Coordinates high-level meetings both internally and externally.
· Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with The Management Team and TBC staffs.
· Drafts reports, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with prospects.
· Supports Director in his external commitments related to service on external boards, committees and other groups.
· Assist Director to handle new outlet opening matters and arrangements.
· Maintains confidential files and contact information; coordinates meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off site to support the Director agenda.
· Attend certain corporate dinner and events together with Director.
· Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
· Help with daily time management on schedules and meetings
· Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Director.
· Effective Appointments and Time Management, ensuring smooth flow of Director’s schedules.
Job requirements:
- Young and dynamic.
- Willing to work beyond working hours.
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant to CEO, Chairman, Managing Director or President;
· Mature candidates with good initiative, trustworthy, self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and excellent planning and organization skills to prioritize work and detail-oriented with an analytical mind and follow-up with deadlines;
· Candidates must proactively work extra miles to achieve target/objectives with a positive attitude, flexible, smart and excellent interpersonal skills;
· Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of confidentiality;
· Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English.
· Able to work during weekends or public holiday when is necessary.
· Able to work in Taman Desa Kundang.
· Candidate must possess own car.
· This position is hiring due to business expansion.
