Job Description
- Position: Administration Operations Executive.
- Salary: RM 3000-4000.
- Location: PJ Industrial Area, Sect 51,off Jalan Templer, Petaling Jaya.
This role will provide administrative support to the Operations Account Manager in managing loyalty program support, ensuring day-to-day operational support of existing accounts. The role would suit already working within an Account Management or Sales Support environment that is looking to develop their skills within an operations department.
Job role & responsibilities:
Provide operational administrative support to the Business operations team.
Manage a set of clients by executing their loyalty and reward programs.
Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
Process stock orders.
Assist in ensuring accounts are set-up, renewed and administered efficiently.
Requirements: Candidate profile & experience
This is a customer focus role. Ideally candidate should possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills and ability to speak fluent English.
- Malaysians.
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma or degree level) in Business Administration, Marketing or any field of study.
- Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector with preference given to individuals with banking or finance experience.
- High level of numeracy, computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hear what people are saying.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Aspiring candidates should possess the desire to work in a supportive team environment with ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
