Responsibilities
  • Assist to daily office adminstrative task which including customer enquiry, quotation, PO, sales order & etc;
  • Answer calls from customer regarding their inquiries;
  • Assist in resolving and adminstrative problems;
  • Calling potential clients to expand their customer base;
  • Preparing reports and correspondence of a routine nature;
  • Recording issue of equipment to staff ;
  • Manage Social Media Post & Video ;
  • Transcribing information onto computers, and proofreading and correcting copy.
