Job Description


Job Responsibilities :-

  • \xc2\xb7 Reporting to the Superior in-charge, you will assist in the following tasks
  • \xc2\xb7 Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • \xc2\xb7 Process data - entry.
  • \xc2\xb7 Issue Invoice & DO.
  • \xc2\xb7 Follow up on Customer\xe2\x80\x99s delivery from time to time.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensures accuracy of all orders and creation of purchase orders.
  • \xc2\xb7 Organize and file daily documents.
  • \xc2\xb7 Follow up work as and when required
  • \xc2\xb7 A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etc is a must
  • \xc2\xb7 Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensure that customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are all met and any issues resolved timely.
  • \xc2\xb7 Maintain job records, document all necessary information and present reports to management as required.
  • \xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior.
  • \xc2\xb7 To resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems related to product / delivery.
  • - Respond to customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue/enquiry via phone call / email.
  • - Assist with returns and refunds.
  • - Escalate the issue to management if not able to be solved promptly.
  • \xc2\xb7 Other ad hoc tasks when required.
  • \xc2\xb7 Communicate with Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory & Sales Team for stock issues.
Job Requirements:
  • \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/A\' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/degree in administration or Equivalent.
  • \xc2\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • \xc2\xb7 At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related is required for this position
  • \xc2\xb7 Computer literate proficient
  • \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates
  • \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • \xc2\xb7 Applicants willing to work at Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh Selangor
  • \xc2\xb7 5.5 Days Week.
  • \xc2\xb7 Only for female
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
