Job Description

Draft, negotiate and finalize contracts with contractors.
Prepare flow down conditions from Main Contract Provide advice, assistance, and guidance on project-specific contractual matters.
analysis and mitigation – Identify, analyze and mitigate the contractual risks to safeguard the interests of the company.
Deal with divergence; negotiate with subcontractors and enter into agreements/addendums etc and manage proper documentation and record of any divergence from the contract in the legally correct form.
The negotiation of project contractual claims & counterclaims and maintain the project variation control system.
Draft and manage all contractual communications with subcontractors.
Coordinate with quantity surveyors in the various yards for dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with the project-specific contractual administration requirements.
Support contract close-out activities and a smooth handover to the O&M team.

Experience:
At least 8+ years of total experience.
Should have handled all facets of subcontract management from pre-award contract negotiation, administration to successful contract closure) in an offshore oil and gas environment (MOPU/ Jack up-rigs, FPSO, FSRU, FLNG ). At least 1~2 offshore floating solution complete project cycle experience managing subcontracts/contracts.

Should have independently negotiated and administered the following subcontracts:

1) Remeasurable FPSO/FSRU/FPU Shipyard Conversion subcontracts

2) EPC and PC Module Fabrication contracts.
