  • At Least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Ability to solve customer problem and good in follow up cases, work independently, patient & possess initiative.

Responsibilities
  • You will also play an important role in:
  • Attend to incoming telephone, e-mail & fax inquiry.
  • To ensure On-time Customer Service, Order processing, prepare Delivery Order, Invoice & arrange delivery.
  • To prepare quotation & maintain proper records for all matters relating to Order, Delivery & Customer Requirements documentation.
  • Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical & operations team.
  • Responsible to document customers\' needs, communicate & liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers\' requirements are understood & can be fulfilled.
  • Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office
  • Manage the stock
