to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions and monitor outstanding balances.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required by the management.
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files in a systematic manner.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when necessary.
Any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
