Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pure Water Pool Service in Batu Uban, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing



Manage and maintain our office calendar, schedule appointments and meetings Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and respond promptly and professionally Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing documents, reports and presentations Assist with data entry, filing and organizing records and office supplies Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for the team Support with event planning and coordination Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
