Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DOs) accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform document filing and record-keeping to ensure all documents are organized and up to date.
Upload and update vehicle registration cards and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) photos into the system for warranty registration.
Verify all uploaded information for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, logistics, and service) to ensure smooth documentation and registration processes.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
MinimumDiploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Basic computer literacy, with experience in data entry and filing.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
