The post will be the strategic partner in the successful delivery of the University\xe2\x80\x99s Strategy 2025 and the strategic theme of Achieving Efficiency & Effectiveness. The role will be based at the University\xe2\x80\x99s campus in Putrajaya. The post will be part of the Campus Services and Student Accommodation team and will report to the Campus Services Manager. The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Campus Services Manager the full range of Campus Services functions specifically supporting day to day operations, administration work, and ensuring all the facilities and equipment are maintained and ready at the times. This post holder will be independent as well as participating in teams where input for improvements of the Campus Services functions may be required and supporting all the campus operations, events and renovation requested. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1) Has the knowledge and experience to manage the essential central services such as facilities maintenance, mail/distribution, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling, car parking, logistics and transportation management by providing Campus Services advice and support. 2) Has the knowledge and experience in coordinating, monitoring, and overseeing renovation works starting from renovation preparation specification until completion of the works. 3) Has the knowledge and experience in managing the operation and troubleshooting on AV system and teaching aids such as projector, screen, visualizer, speakers etc. 4) Has the knowledge on ERP system (issuing purchase requisition and invoice processing) and assist in operations such as check and verify the monthly mailing invoices before passing to Finance department 5) Assist the team with central services and administration such as manning the mail room, campus daily incoming and outgoing mailing processes, receiving request forms, complaint forms, walk in inquiries, reporting on lost & found items and always alert the requester for any delay or custom clearance for parcel request. 6) Assist in the university events preparation set-up and dismantle including weekends. 7) Assist in the management of office equipment such as shredders, office printing supply, pantry items, stationery, vending machines and ensuring the University\xe2\x80\x99s assets are maintained in good condition 8) Ensures all complaints from the end users are attended to and resolved expeditiously. 9) Assist Campus Services Manager in generating alternate income activities such as make necessary coordination of the request facilities, event set-up and dismantle. 10) Will be a member of MICAD system responder team and responsible to complete the Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) forms on assign task and area. 10) Assist the Health & Safety team during fire drills and serve as a Fire Marshall & COVID-19 responder team. 11) Support the University\xe2\x80\x99s transformation initiatives related to Campus Services, such as enhancement in student and staff experiences, and perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Line Manager. Person Specification Education & Qualifications Essential: Minimum Diploma qualifications or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Experience Desirable: 1 year of related working experiences and preferably in education industry Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Essential: Has technical experiences with Office 365 and well versed with Microsoft Office applications Desirable: Proficient in MS Office Able to communicate with all levels, proficient in spoken and written English. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to proactively identify and provide solutions for potential and actual problem issues. Able to work after normal office hours.
