Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
Coordination & Follow-Up
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Follow up on instructions, submissions, and deadlines
Liaise with internal staff, suppliers, or clients when required
Operations & Support Tasks
Assist in tracking simple reports (attendance, claims, purchase records, basic progress tracking)
Support finance/admin tasks such as invoice filing, PO tracking, and document submission
Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and daily operational needs
Office Support
Manage office supplies and basic procurement
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Provide general support to management and project teams
Prepare basic letters, emails, quotations, forms, and internal documents
Organise and maintain both physical and digital files
Job Requirements
Minimum
SPM / Diploma
(Fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
Able to communicate clearly in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory)
Well-organised, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks
Positive attitude and good time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
