JOB SCOPE : - Handling of daily general administration tasks. - Good in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF. - Data entry in the system and admin task. - To prepare administration related documents, letters and filling. - Liaise with corporate and government bodies in matter related to the registrations vendor or renew company\xe2\x80\x99s license . etc. - To assist in handling or answering any inquiries via email, call and through social media (WhatsApp & telegram). - Assist in admin matters, proper handling and documentation record and file. - Maintaining the store by organization and cleaning QUALIFICATION ANS SPECIFICATION : - Diploma / Certificate in Administration or equivalent. - Fresh graduate welcomed. - Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years working experience in related field. - Age : 20 \xe2\x80\x93 30 years old. - Computer literate. - Good in writing (such as letter - Bahasa) - Based in Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam - Able to start work immediately is preferred BENEFITS - Basic Salary + Allowances - Travel claim. - KWSP, SOCSO, EIS and annual leave. - Staff travel local and outside Malaysia. - Frequent company events (Annual dinner, BBQ, Family day, staff match/competition, etc.) - Staff training in-house and public. - Yearly bonus. - Hostel provided - Salary increment not with on degree/diploma but based on competency and potentials.
