To record incoming and outgoing correspondences (e.g., letters, faxes, couriers etc) and distribute to the recipients.
To ensure stock for pantry items, stationery is available.
Organizing all HR and Admin documentation filing .
Manage reception counter, attend to visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Help with onboarding new employees (e.g., arranging ID cards).
2. Logistic
Assist in arranging courier services, deliveries, and logistics matters.
Deliver or collect documents/items to and from project sites when required.
Updating cars monitoring list
Assist to monitor cars' service/maintenance
3.?Others
Assist to monitor CCTV/alarm and door access system - monthly back up, warranties, monthly checking.
Coordinate maintenance or repair of office equipment.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, or meeting room arrangements.
Other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirement:
Possess a valid motorcycle and car driving license (B2 & D).
Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh Graduate in Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
Able to use Microsoft Office.
Proactive and willing to learn in fast paced environment.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Immediate availability.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
