Job Description

To provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, documentation, and coordination within the department or organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Office Administration



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, correspondence, and scheduling. Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement requests. Prepare and process documentation such as letters, memos, reports, and minutes of meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone inquiries professionally. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and official events.

Documentation & Record Management



Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for documents and records. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with document control policies. Support data entry and updating of databases, registers, and logs.

Human Resource & Office Support



Assist in attendance tracking, leave applications, and staff claims. Support onboarding of new staff (e.g., preparing workstation, documentation). Coordinate staff travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when necessary.

Communication & Coordination



Serve as the point of contact between departments and external parties. Disseminate information and ensure effective internal communication. Support supervisors and team members in administrative coordination and task follow-ups.

Qualifications:



Minimum Education:

Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.

Experience:

Experience in administrative support (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
