Manage and update inventory records, including stock movements, transfers, and discrepancies. Conduct regular cycle counts and support quarterly and annual inventory audits. Prepare and issue quotations and Delivery Orders (DO) based on customer orders or requisitions. Coordinate with storekeepers and logistics for accurate and timely stock dispatch. Inspect outgoing goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy before delivery. Maintain records of stock issues, returns, transfers, and generate stock reports. Handle purchasing tasks, including issuing MRFs, preparing POs, and tracking orders. Verify received goods and supplier invoices, and perform receiving transactions. Support purchase planning by monitoring stock levels and analyzing item movement. Follow supervisor instructions, maintain confidentiality, and comply with company policies across all subsidiaries.

Job requirements:



Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree Proficient in Mathematics and English At least 1 year of related experience Ability to converse in Mandarin is a must
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
