1. General Administrative Support
Handle emails, maintain call logs, messages and inquiries.
Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Update and maintain asset records (quarterly audit, register, disposal) and databases.
Manage company assets and facilities, including pool cars, staff quarters, utilities, office supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
Handle administrative support tasks such as issuing quotations/DOs and coordinating with Legal and IT departments.
2. Human Resources Support
Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, exits, and resignations.
Help administer employee benefits (SOCSO, insurance, leave records).
Verify attendance and leave records.
Assist in overtime calculations and accuracy checks.
Support disciplinary management processes.
Arrange business travel (flights, accommodation, transport).
Verify and process travel expense claims.
Maintain and update employee files (hardcopy/digital).
Assist in compiling HR documents (employment contracts, offer letters, etc.).
