Job Description

1. Issue delivery orders based on sales orders submitted by sales team. 2. Issue invoices for all goods and services provided to the customers. 3. Collect and bank in all cash and cheques received from the customers. 4. Check and verify all incoming and outgoing stock. 5. Key all incoming and outgoing goods into the computerized system. 6. Keep a complete and up to date record for stock. 7. Report any discrepancy in the inventory to the Management. 8. Assist your superior with monitoring and collection of overdue accounts. 9. Review computer printouts against manual records and make necessary corrections. 10. Perform other related duties as and when assigned.
