We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support the smooth operation of our office. The primary responsibility for this role is to
take accurate meeting minutes and actively follow up on action items with relevant departments or persons-in-charge (PICs)
discussed during meetings. This role is key to ensuring internal communication and project progress tracking.
Main Responsibilities:
Take clear, accurate, and timely minutes during internal and external meetings
Follow up on all action items with the relevant departments or PICs to ensure timely progress and completion
Maintain records of meeting agendas, attendance, and resolutions
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Support office operations, supply management, and administrative tasks
Liaise with departments to track project timelines, task updates, and deliverables
Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
Requirements:
Experience in administrative or coordination roles
Strong attention to detail, particularly in minute-taking and task tracking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree preferred
Mandarin speaker

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
