• Attend to existing corporate accounts
• Open new accounts by approaching new dealers
• Track dealers\' monthly performance for performance benefits
• Handle any dealers\' warranty enquiries
• Handle dealers\' shipping enquiries
• Generate invoices, delivery orders and labels using in house software
• Disseminate latest promotion and product launching or any marketing materials to dealers
• Resolve any satisfactory issue raised by dealers
• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keep records and reports up to date
• Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, attending messages, and preparing documents
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in related field
• Ability to work independently and interact well with customers

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
