Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Provide general administrative support to the construction and civil teams, including filing, document preparation, and data entry. Prepare, compile, and distribute site reports, memos, minutes of meetings, and progress updates. Maintain project files, drawings, purchase orders, delivery orders, and correspondence in an organized manner. Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers for delivery schedules, quotations, and invoices. Assist in preparing timesheets, attendance records, and leave applications for site staff. Monitor and manage office and site supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries related to the project. Support the Project Manager and Engineers in preparing submission documents, progress claims, and payment certificates. Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for documentation and meeting arrangements. Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
Job Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
