Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including answering phone calls, emails, memos, and mail.
Preparing, typing various documents such as reports, quotations, invoices, purchase orders.
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, coordinating equipment maintenance.
Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, follow up payments.
