The company aims to expand globally and provide its services to students in Malaysia and worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant in Petaling Jaya. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support such as Payroll & HR (staffs around 20+) Book keeping Documentations Schedule and appointment Manage events Communication with the team and will work closely with all departments within the organization to ensure proper communication and productivity in the office. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Clerical skills such as file management, book keeping and data entry Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
