Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability at all times
Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and database management
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Support various departments with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
