We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role includes managing documents and records, assisting HR processes, updating inventory and assets, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring all procedures follow company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage documents, staff files, official letters, and compliance records.
Update filing systems, inventory, office supplies, and branch assets.
Assist HR tasks: new hire documentation, attendance/leave records, disciplinary reporting, and staff exit processes.
Prepare basic financial documents (PV, invoices, receipts, purchase reports).
Coordinate equipment maintenance and monitor facility conditions.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Admin, Human Resources, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in admin or HR (education sector preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR/school systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Ensure administrative processes comply with SOPs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
