SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.

Responsibilities
Maintain and perform a variety of daily administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as handle incoming and outgoing call, filling, photocopy and other day to day administrative duties.
Require to organize and update the data with accurate customer info record in the system.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that customer requests are responded to in a timely manner
To perform daily and monthly report when require.
To monitor and follow up on handling customer related matters via email, phone call, WhatsApp etc.
Providing support to customers by answering questions and resolving problems
Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction through surveys and focus groups
To perform any other assigned duties as immediate superior may require from time to time.
