About Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur\xe2\x80\x99s thriving business and financial district, will soon see the opening of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. The Hotel is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

The latest addition to the city\xe2\x80\x99s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city\xe2\x80\x99s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Often referred to as a \xe2\x80\x9ccity within a city,\xe2\x80\x9d the KLCC will offer designer shopping, fine dining, and the best of the city\xe2\x80\x99s electric nightlife. The Hotel will also overlook the KLCC Park and be directly connected to the esplanade, allowing guests to take full advantage of the Park\xe2\x80\x99s 50 acres of green space, including lush gardens, fountains, waterfalls, a wading pool, and jogging track.

An exciting addition to Kuala Lumpur\xe2\x80\x99s culinary scene, the Hotel will introduce several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers.

The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur\xe2\x80\x99s endless skyline. ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Engineering Administrative Assistant plays an important role in assisting and supporting the Director of Engineering/ Engineering Manager/ Duty Engineer in managing the engineering department. The Engineering Administrative Assistant facilitates the activities of the engineering department by meeting the extraneous needs of the Engineers such as answering calls, data entry, payroll, filing, typing and copying.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

• To answer telephones according to Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 standards.
• To take and write down messages in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
• To perform secretarial skills such as dictation, typing and filing.
• To handle Director of Engineering\xe2\x80\x99s calendars for appointments with contractors and vendors.
• To compile and type statistical Engineering Reports for the Director of Engineering.
• To assist the Director of Engineering in preparation and compile yearly budget planning.
• To be able to follow proper payroll procedures and complete the payroll records for proper signature.
• To answer telephones according to Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 standards.
• To be able to assist guests\xe2\x80\x99 and other departments\xe2\x80\x99 requests for maintenance and route the request to the appropriate person(s).
• To be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons.
• To handle Director of Engineering\xe2\x80\x99s calendars for appointments with contractors and vendors.
• To ensure the Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s stores are well stocked and managed.
• To prepare all purchase orders for submission to management\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
• To make sure the Department\xe2\x80\x99s filing system is in good order and up to date.
• To ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
• To maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
• To handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
• To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Director of Engineering/ Engineering Manager/ Duty Engineer.
• Candidates must speak read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
