We are looking for a fresh graduate to join us as an Administrative Assistant under the Protege Program. This role will support the Supply Chain and Sales teams in administrative coordination, data compilation, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Supply Chain & Sales teams in compiling, tabulating and analysing data
Assist in administering procedures in line with company policies
Prepare and collate data for periodic reports and documentation
Manage inventory records and related administrative tasks
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Open to fresh graduates (Protege Program - 12 months)
Degree in any discipline with CGPA 3.0 and above
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to multitask and work independently
Hardworking, team player and eager to learn
