Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Purchasing, Procurement & Tender Support) - Remote / Work From Home (Malaysia)



Salary Range:

RM 3,200 - RM 3,800 per month (based on experience & performance)

Language Requirements:

? Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin) - spoken & written

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the director and multiple companies across a wide administrative scope, including but not limited to:

Purchasing & procurement management

Assisting with tender preparation, documentation & submission

Supplier sourcing, price negotiation & quotation comparison

Issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries & invoices

General administrative coordination across all companies

Document control, filing, reporting & data management

Liaison with suppliers, vendors & internal departments

Any other administrative duties required by management

Requirements:

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement and tendering

Strong administrative background

Excellent organizational & follow-up skills

High level of integrity, responsibility & confidentiality

Able to work independently under minimal supervision

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, email, cloud systems)

Reliable internet connection & ability to work remotely
