Key Responsibilities: Perform online data entry Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical documents Arrange travel and accommodation for operations team Printing, scanning and preparing documents Handling courier and by hand letters Provide office and administrative support and assist in other ad-hoc duties and daily operations Competencies: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu Resourceful when it comes to handling tasks Strong interpersonal skills (able to communicate to all our staffs well) Demonstrate good organization skills Meticulous and detail oriented
