We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support e.g. quotations, documentation, reports and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and updating various records and databases
Support procurement documentation, data entry, and tracking of project materials
Perform general office duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent field
Prior experience in an administrative job role related to sales & marketing is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP system
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
High attention to detail, organized, and capable of multitasking
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
