Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence.
Complete daily tasks such as order processing, filing, and other office routine activities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Salary range: RM 2,000 - RM 2,800
