Responsibility
Receive, inspect and store incoming parts for lorries and construction machinery.
Issue parts to mechanics and maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances and returns.
Perform general administrative tasks and manage office operations, including document control, filing, scanning, and handling general paperwork.
Support site recruitment, track attendance and maintain accurate records for staff general affairs.
Ensure all work aligns with ISO standards and internal company policies.
Act as a liaison between the project site and HQ office to ensure smooth coordination.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least STPM / Certificate / Diploma in or any equivalent in related field.
At least 1-2 years related working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCount.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
